Relationship Development Executive

We are looking for a talented Relationship Manager to join our Direct Sales and Online Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, dealer sales personnel, and internal teams.
Your primary goal will be to achieve profit and margin objectives, as well as other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealer sales personnel, and internal teams
- Achieve sales targets and meet client expectations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Strong customer service focus, fair, empathetic, and good practice
- Driven approach, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Confident, resilient, and inquisitive, with effective communication skills
- Good administrative skills, computer literacy, and ability to use digital technology
- Prioritise tasks and manage multiple client demands professionally
- Numeracy, accuracy, and diligence required
- Teamwork, sociability, supportiveness, and empathy essential
- A minimum of A levels/BTEC or equivalent qualification, degree beneficial
- Knowledge of hire purchase, leasing, or B2B lending desirable
- Understanding of financial services regulation and industry-standard policies advantageous
