Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing business relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package including health insurance, retirement plan, and wellness programs.
