Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end account management process. This includes collaborating with clients to develop and execute strategic plans that drive sales and deliver exceptional services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Owning and managing client relationships to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar role in a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity processes and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.

Annual salary: £70,000 - £90,000.
