">Main Responsibilities:">

  2. Develop a personal prospect funnel to meet new business targets as outlined in our strategic plan.">
  3. Monitor new customers' performance, ensuring they trade according to agreed profiles and terms. Create action plans if variances occur.">
  4. Transfer new accounts to Account Owners within the first 8 weeks of trading.">
  5. Support customer calling efforts and take necessary actions after marketing campaigns.">
  6. Achieve productivity targets as agreed upon.">
  7. Maintain and update internal systems.">
">Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):">
  1. ">
  2. New Business Revenue and Service Mix against targets.">
  3. Systems compliance.">
  4. Prospect Funnel opportunities and committed reports.">
  5. Daily KPI achievement.">

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
