  • Meet and greet candidates, conducting thorough interviews to ensure successful placements.
  • Maintain a high standard of branch housekeeping, adhering to our internal standards.
  • Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurately reflects client and candidate interactions.
  • Determine competitive hourly pay rates, taking into account parity with internal, customer, and competitor standards.
  • Complete credit checks in accordance with company policy and issue Time Off Bookings (TOBs) as required.
  • Identify and manage your own portfolio of prospect target accounts to drive new business opportunities.
  • Utilize planning and organizing skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Focus on maintaining quality and standards across all aspects of the role.
  • Pursue ongoing personal learning and development to enhance your professional growth.
