We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and expand existing client relationships to drive business expansion and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their water-related challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client businesses.
  • Manage contracts, pricing, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and deliver services efficiently.
  • Monitor account performance, provide regular updates to clients, and report on sales activity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management or sales, preferably in water solutions, environmental services, utilities, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum + Super.
