Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team at SYTECH. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the digital forensics and cybersecurity sector.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our Forensic Case Team Manager and Strategic Management Team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. You will identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to drive sales and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret client data to inform decision-making.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications
