About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each individual are met.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Full UK driving license (due to the location and nature of the work).

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.54, depending on qualifications.
  • A £30 sleep-in rate (2-3 sleep-ins per week).
