Lead Support Specialist - Children and Youth Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize team schedules and assist management during discussions
  • Exhibit flexibility, dependability, and set a positive example
  • Address the needs of Children and Young Individuals

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading within Residential Care settings
  • NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification
  • Capability to execute the Statement of Purpose
  • Valid UK driving license is essential
