About the role:

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, providing invaluable support to children and young people in our care. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our young people, helping to organise and facilitate social activities, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the home.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting the needs of children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Helping to organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out and community work
  • Contributing to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Attending and participating in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Working closely with our clinical team and local authorities

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care (full training and support will be provided)
