About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the clinical team and local authorities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license is essential due to the location and nature of the work.
  • Previous experience working with children or in health and social care is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be provided.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.54, depending on qualifications.
  • A £30 sleep-in rate (2-3 sleep-ins per week).
