About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, including assistance with daily living tasks, education, and leisure activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Participate in the planning and delivery of activities and programs that promote socialization, education, and personal growth.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with young people, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Valid UK driving license (essential for some roles).
  • Full training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
