Team Leadership Opportunity in Children's Support Services

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to support the well-being and development of children and young people in our care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading a team of support workers and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children and young people
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in leading teams in a residential care setting
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Ability to implement the Statement of Purpose and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Full UK driving licence required
