About the Role:

The Residential Children's Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in a residential care setting, providing invaluable support to children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to make a positive difference in the lives of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of support workers in a residential care setting
  • Providing support to children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team in residential care
  • Qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
