Your Role at Tillo
As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and success at Tillo. You'll be responsible for supporting our existing customers, growing existing accounts, and working closely with our technical teams and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Delivering exceptional customer service to our existing customers.
  2. Working with the wider team to identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to achieve this.
  3. Providing feedback from customers to help us improve our services.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 26 days annual leave, private healthcare, and designated shares options. We're a close-knit team that values flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance.
