Guest Experience Director

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team in Cambridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a unique front of house operation, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Front of House team to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensuring accurate room allocations and maximising rooms yield.
- Recruiting, appointing, retaining and reviewing team members.
- Providing active support and development opportunities.
With a salary of £40,000 per annum, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience from a corporate hotel, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
