We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience and Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join our Front Office team at Thefellowshouse. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Departmental Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
