About the Role:

The Creative Director - Media Sales will be responsible for driving commercial revenue objectives across all Bauer Media Group platforms and brands. This role will work closely with various stakeholders within the business, including the Head of Creative Partnerships, to deliver creative commercial revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive commercial revenue growth across all Bauer Media Group platforms and brands.
  • Work closely with the Head of Creative Partnerships to deliver creative commercial revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate revenue projections.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media landscape and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to ensure Bauer Media Group remains competitive.
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving commercial revenue growth in a media sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity.
