Position Title: Brand and Creative Manager

Contract Duration: 5 to 6 months

Compensation: £250 per day via Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a cohesive and innovative brand presence for a sports-oriented fashion and lifestyle label across all digital platforms. You will engage with essential stakeholders and produce captivating brand content that aligns with the company's vision and values.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of brand marketing content needs across digital channels, along with creative production and management expertise to lead a freelance creative team. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar for annual activities and oversee the execution of campaign content across various platforms.
  • Compile performance wrap-up reports for product campaigns.
  • Oversee homepage content, layout, and testing strategies.
  • Serve as the custodian of brand identity, tone of voice, and creative output across all marketing channels.
  • Stay informed about relevant brand narratives and trends that support strategic goals and help the brand reach new demographics.
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce, buying, and marketing teams to ensure all marketing efforts are consistent and aligned with business objectives.

Creative Asset Management:

  • Partner with buying and marketing teams to approve product selections for major campaigns and photoshoots.
  • Oversee the production, art direction, and execution of both e-commerce and editorial photoshoots, including managing budgets, timelines, and schedules, selecting models, and directing freelance creative teams.
  • Brief and supervise freelance graphic designers to create assets for homepage updates and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with third-party brands to source campaign assets relevant to our offerings.
  • Work with the marketing team to provide brand campaign assets that meet their specific needs.

Trade Marketing:

Manage the Trade Marketing process with third-party brands to achieve revenue targets and act as a key stakeholder for trade marketing and creative partnerships.

About You:

  • Possess a natural creative flair and a strong awareness of current trends.
  • Able to make informed creative decisions based on data and customer insights.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience in managing creative teams and crafting well-structured briefs.
  • Proven track record in creating campaign proposals for senior management approval.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing projects and budgets.
  • Proficient in utilizing data and KPIs to shape brand strategy.
  • An understanding of multi-brand e-commerce retailing, along with a personal interest in the sports, fitness, or fashion industry, is advantageous.
