Position Overview:

We are seeking a Freelance Resource Manager to join a prominent charitable organization. This role requires the individual to be present onsite for two days each week in London, contributing to the comprehensive management of the creative workflow.

The Freelance Resource Manager will oversee the allocation of creative resources for both extensive and intricate projects, as well as assist with urgent and short-term initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative resourcing for a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with the objectives set by the commissioning teams.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the internal studio's capabilities and effectively allocate resources to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Design, Production, Copy, and Content to facilitate project planning and resource allocation.
  • Assist in coordinating discussions regarding timelines and deliverables to ensure a cohesive approach across all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a creative team environment, whether in-house or within an agency setting.
  • Familiarity with various roles and skills within a creative team, and how they align with project requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in project or resource management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects of differing scopes and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate work and provide informed recommendations for prioritization and resource distribution.
  • Experience with resource management tools or booking systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of brand guidelines and quality control processes.
