We are seeking an exceptional Creative Studio Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our studio, making you the glue that holds everything together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traffic Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of projects through the studio, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of all studio activities, from internal meetings to client deadlines, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Freelance Bookings: Manage the hiring and scheduling of freelancers, ensuring the right talent is brought in at the right time for each project.
  • Recruitment: Take charge of recruitment for the studio team, helping them to bring in top-tier talent that aligns with our agency's values and goals.
  • Team Glue: Act as the central point of contact within the studio, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless communication across all teams.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in operations, ideally within a creative or studio environment.
  • Proven experience in traffic management, scheduling, and handling freelance bookings.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
