Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creative Operations Manager at KnoWho. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our creative services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage the flow of projects through the studio, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of all studio activities, from internal meetings to client deadlines, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Freelance Management: Manage the hiring and scheduling of freelancers, ensuring the right talent is brought in at the right time for each project.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment and ensure seamless communication across all teams.


Requirements:

  • A strong background in operations, ideally within a creative or studio environment.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, scheduling, and freelance management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
