About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Social Media Producer to join our team at Profiles Creative. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for creating and executing cutting-edge social media strategies that drive engagement and results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Present Creative Proposals: Create decks and present creative proposals and original ideas for new projects or opportunities driven by social strategy.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Social Teams: Work with strategy and social teams to develop creative content concepts that align with client content strategies, bridging data and creative.
  • Lead Creative Ideation Sessions: Be involved in weekly creative ideation sessions, developing weekly content that showcases innovative thinking and best practice in social media.
  • Manage Production and Post-Production: Oversee the creative production and post-production of social content, maintaining high standards of creative.
  • Client Relationship Management: Host client design meetings and calls, and be the main client contact throughout production stages.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work with creatives, photographers, designers, videographers, animators, and more to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Research and Stay Up-to-Date: Research, showcase, and demonstrate innovative thinking and best practice in social media, and help proactively sell new native functionalities and platforms to clients.
  • Project Delivery and Management: Be responsible for the effective delivery of all projects, on time and on budget, while managing client relationships and expectations.
Requirements
  • Agency Experience: Minimum 3 years of agency experience in social media content creation, ideally in a brand, corporate, or agency setting, with a proven track record of impactful projects (data-driven results preferred).
  • Creative Skills: Highly creative, with the ability to manage video and motion graphics within brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Content Production Experience: Extensive experience with various content production styles, including studio, client location, and corporate settings.
  • Understanding of Client Requirements: Proven ability to create content that performs online and anticipates emerging trends, while understanding client requirements and translating them into compelling video concepts.
  • Time Management and Presentation Skills: Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and confident and articulate in presenting ideas internally and to clients.
