Job Title: Social Media Content Producer
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Producer to lead our Always-On content team. As a key member of our Boomerang team, you'll be responsible for creating and producing innovative, engaging content for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Lead a team of creatives to produce high-quality content, including social media posts, videos, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient content production.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure our content is relevant and effective.
- Craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including polls, POV, and other creative formats.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media content production, preferably in an advertising agency or production environment.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives results.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
