Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies and content plans to engage our clients' target audiences.
  • Collaborate with our creative and production teams to ideate and execute campaigns using various media formats.
  • Develop and manage content creator campaigns to enhance our clients' brand presence.
  • Establish and maintain tone of voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all client channels.
  • Schedule and deliver content across client channels, including community management as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial social media role, preferably in an agency or in-house B2C/D2C/ecommerce brand environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media channels, including content planning, ideation, and reporting (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
  • Experience in influencer marketing, community management, creative briefing, data-driven listening tools, comprehensive reporting, and conceptualizing is a plus.
  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to ideate, voice, and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
  • Strong creativity with high attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solver who is proactive, driven, and ultra-organized.
  • Great team player with a client-centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
