About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team at Brand Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strong marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including branding, graphics, and product photography.
  • Design and implement email campaigns, including content and copywriting.
  • Build and execute a social media strategy, managing day-to-day social media content and engaging with our online community.
  • Setup, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
About You

We are looking for a mid/senior level marketer with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies. You will have excellent copywriting skills, experience with social media and reporting, and a strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and Google Analytics. A degree in marketing or a related subject is desirable, but not essential.

If you have experience in the retail or children's sector, this would be a bonus, but not a requirement. You will be based in Hitchin and will need to be in the office 4-5 days a week, making it commutable for candidates living in Hitchin, Letchworth, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Welwyn Garden City, and Royston.
