We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic marketing and social media professional to take ownership of our marketing function and drive it forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid/senior marketer to maximize the awareness of our brand, with autonomy across multiple channels through asset creation and making the position their own.

The role would suit someone who is already in a mid/senior level marketing role and could be looking for a less stressful environment than larger companies and is now wanting to step into a role that offers more autonomy and ownership to make their mark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong and consistent marketing strategy in line with our company goals.
  • Creation of marketing materials, including briefing graphic designers and product photographers.
  • Creation of email campaigns, including content and copy.
  • Build and implement the social media strategy, managing day-to-day social media content.
  • Setup, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Google Analytics).
About You
  • 3 years at mid/senior level marketing role.
  • Experience creating strong brand assets and brand growth.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Previous experience of social media and reporting.
  • PPC, SEO, Google Analytics.
  • Degree in marketing or related subject, or able to demonstrate experience equivalent to this.

This role would be commutable for candidates living in Hitchin, Letchworth, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Welwyn Garden City, and Royston.
