Job Title: Brand Marketing and Social Media Executive

Scott Dunn Ltd. is a leading luxury tour operator seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building our brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand values and target audience.
  • Manage and oversee all organic social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, visually stunning content that showcases our luxury travel experiences and tells our brand story.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance, increase brand awareness, and drive growth.
  • Lead the influencer strategy, developing relationships with key partners and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into overall marketing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries across social media platforms, maintaining a positive and professional brand image.
  • Implement strategies to increase follower acquisition, brand awareness, and guest loyalty through social media engagement and community building.
  • Collate user-generated content for distribution across social channels as appropriate.
  • Own the Global Events Calendar to ensure visibility of key stakeholder interactions that can inform Corporate Social content.
  • Produce monthly newsletter content for LinkedIn, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of experience in social media management in the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  • Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.
  • Team collaboration and stakeholder management skills will be important for gaining access to content.
