About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational success at our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, setting targets, and executing business plans to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Set and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve sales skills and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Experience in setting and executing business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills to develop and manage a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize sales and customer service processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
