Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and provide high customer service standards.
  • Achieve counter and service sales targets by delegating to team members, making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and carrying out beauty/brow services.
  • Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager.
  • Communicate effectively with store/department managers and area managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration is completed, and assist with area manager administration as needed.
  • Manage staff rotas fairly and on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

Requirements

Salary

£23,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience & performance of counter)
