Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring the timely execution of campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze product campaign performance and compile detailed reports to assess effectiveness.
- Oversee the design and functionality of the homepage, including content management and testing strategies.
- Act as the custodian of the brand's identity, ensuring consistency in tone and creative output across all marketing efforts.
- Stay informed on current brand narratives and market trends to enhance brand outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, buying, and marketing teams to align all promotional activities with overarching business objectives.
Creative Asset Management:
- Partner with buying and marketing teams to approve product selections for major campaigns and photoshoots.
- Lead the production and artistic direction of both e-commerce and editorial photoshoots, managing budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Direct freelance graphic designers in the creation of marketing materials and digital assets.
- Coordinate with third-party brands to acquire relevant campaign assets.
- Work alongside the marketing team to provide necessary brand materials for various campaigns.
Trade Marketing:
Oversee the trade marketing strategy in collaboration with third-party brands to achieve revenue goals, serving as a key contributor to creative partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a natural flair for creativity, with a strong awareness of current market trends.
- Capable of making informed creative decisions based on data and consumer insights.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in managing creative teams and drafting effective briefs.
- Proven track record in developing campaign proposals for executive approval.
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing projects and budgets.
- Ability to leverage data and KPIs to shape brand strategy.
- A background in multi-brand e-commerce retail, with a personal interest in the sports, fitness, or fashion sectors is advantageous.
