We have a great opportunity for an experienced Head of Revenue and Distribution to join our growing company, Cheval Collection. With our evolving brands, Cheval Residences, Cheval Maison and MY Locanda, and 13 luxury properties in London, Edinburgh and Dubai, we are looking for a confident revenue professional with multi-property experience, and a strong background of revenue management to join our team.

Our Head of Revenue and Distribution will deliver the company commercial revenue management and distribution strategy to maximise potential.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue & Distribution, this individual will lead the revenue team to deliver business objectives.

For this role you must have excellent analytical and accuracy skills as well as the ability to drive a successful revenue and distribution strategy, and embed a revenue culture across the group. You will work with colleagues who respect your contribution to the success of the Company and who will share a positive outlook with you.

As Head of Revenue and Distribution, some of your duties will include

  • To manage the availability, inventory, and pricing across all our properties
  • To compile and execute strategies to maximise revenue across the group
  • Attend revenue meetings and business review meetings for each property
  • Analysing trends and data with relevant interpretation
  • Manage the revenue team and to work closely with and support the reservations team
  • To compile and execute a robust distribution strategy across the properties

  • Have experience in a multi property revenue management role within a luxury hospitality business (hotels and/or apartments)
  • Are analytically minded with the ability to present data accordingly
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Are very commercially minded and have the ability of looking at big picture

  • Have a positive attitude in everything you do
  • Possess strong communication skills at all levels
