About Us: Cheval Residences is a luxury hospitality company with a growing portfolio of properties in London, Edinburgh, and Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Revenue and Distribution Leader to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue and Distribution Leader to drive our commercial revenue management and distribution strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the revenue team to deliver business objectives, managing the availability, inventory, and pricing across all our properties, and compiling and executing strategies to maximize revenue across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the availability, inventory, and pricing across all our properties
  • Compile and execute strategies to maximize revenue across the group
  • Attend revenue meetings and business review meetings for each property
  • Analyze trends and data with relevant interpretation
  • Manage the revenue team and work closely with and support the reservations team
  • Compile and execute a robust distribution strategy across the properties

Requirements:

  • Experience in a multi-property revenue management role within a luxury hospitality business (hotels and/or apartments)
  • Analytically minded with the ability to present data accordingly
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to look at the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
