Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Revenue Trading team as the Head of Revenue Optimization. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in driving future growth and success of our business commercially.

About the Role

The Head of Revenue Optimization will be responsible for maximizing in-year revenue delivery through the development and implementation of effective yield strategies and fleet allocation based on future demand forecast, current and historical trends. You will lead, coach and develop talent across a broad team including Revenue Managers and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize revenue delivery
  • Lead and manage a team of Revenue Managers and Analysts to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Operations, to drive commercial success
  • Embed and cultivate revenue optimization practices across the business
  • Utilize market intelligence, analytics, financial data and scenario planning to inform revenue growth strategies
