About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Revenue Optimization to join our team at Love Holidays. As a key member of our Revenue Management & Trading team, you will be responsible for leading our global pricing strategy and driving the development of revenue management capabilities across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Global Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies across all markets to optimize the relationship between Margin Per Transaction, Conversion Rate, and ultimately Gross Profit.
  • Manage Revenue Management Function: Oversee the Revenue Management function and team, ensuring effective management of pricing, revenue analysis, and commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Supply, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to identify and support broader commercial opportunities.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Analyze and communicate revenue trends, and develop strategies to drive trading margin by adapting our pricing strategy.
  • Lead and Develop Team: Manage, develop, and grow a team of Revenue Management specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Highly numerate with strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience of setting strategy and leading teams.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Highly proficient in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to support recommendations, with proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
Desirable Qualifications
  • Team Management Experience: Experience of managing and developing teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry Experience: Experience of working within a competitive digital industry (e.g. Travel or online FMCG).
