Position Summary
The Revenue Optimization Manager plays a crucial role in achieving RBH's objectives by assisting the General Manager in enhancing overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at maximizing revenue through proficient revenue management practices.
  • Prepare and submit annual financial plans, budget documentation, and reports, along with monthly, weekly, and annual forecasts for review by management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and demand trends to inform pricing and yield management strategies.
  • Assess hotel performance indicators such as occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), and market share analytics.
  • Compile and present revenue management insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Adjust pricing structures in response to market fluctuations and demand forecasts to optimize revenue streams.
  • Oversee promotional initiatives and packages designed to stimulate demand during off-peak periods.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, events, and operational teams to ensure alignment of revenue management strategies with the hotel's overarching goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and nurture the in-house Reservations team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, establish objectives, and provide training to facilitate team members' professional development.
