Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute extensive revenue management strategies
- Examine market intelligence, competitor pricing, and historical data to predict demand and establish optimal pricing
- Leverage revenue management tools to enhance pricing across diverse channels and segments
- Create and implement promotional offers and dynamic pricing models to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Oversee distribution channels
- Negotiate agreements and maintain relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution partners
- Enhance online presence and channel mix to attract the desired clientele
- Monitor channel performance and devise strategies to boost visibility and booking rates
- Prepare precise revenue forecasts and budgets aligned with business objectives
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), occupancy rates, and channel distribution
- Generate detailed reports and actionable insights for improving revenue optimization strategies
- Communicate revenue management strategies and findings to key stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- A trustworthy professional with a proven track record
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel revenue management
- Demonstrated success in maximizing revenue and profitability
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in revenue management software
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a robust work ethic
- Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and best practices
Compensation Package Salary of £50,000 per annum plus bonuses, pension contributions, and private healthcare options.
