We are seeking a UK Revenue Optimization Manager to enhance the financial performance of our hotel properties. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in revenue optimization within the hospitality sector, with a strong grasp of Pricing, Forecasting, and Benchmarking methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market dynamics to refine pricing strategies.
  • Oversee distribution platforms and market segments.
  • Develop strategic action plans to address forecasting obstacles.
  • Boost the hotel's Revenue Generation Index (RGI) during high-demand periods.
  • Position the hotel competitively within the market landscape.
  • Produce precise forecasts in alignment with Melia standards.

Familiarity with systems such as Opera, Switch, Duetto, and knowledge of SAP/AFO will be advantageous for this role.
