About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize hotel revenue. You will work closely with our hotel teams to analyze market trends, optimize pricing, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up reports and market trends to inform pricing decisions
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize hotel revenue
  • Work closely with hotel teams to optimize pricing and drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and market trends
  • Generate and action plans to address revenue challenges and opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking tools and software
