About the Role

As a Revenue Manager at Meliá, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, market analysis, and distribution channel management. Your expertise will be crucial in driving revenue growth, improving hotel performance, and ensuring the hotel remains competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and improve hotel performance
  • Monitor and control distribution channels to ensure maximum revenue potential
  • Generate forecasts and action plans to address revenue challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue management strategies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving hotel performance
