Job Title: VM Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled VM Creative Director to join our team at Crew Clothing Head Office. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement across all our retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Visual Merchandising Strategies: Create and execute visual merchandising plans that align with our brand direction and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with our creative teams to ensure consistency in visual merchandising across all retail channels.
  • Manage VM Requirements: Efficiently manage all visual merchandising requirements for new store openings, while maintaining expectations of key stakeholders and store opening budgets.
  • Research and Stay Up-to-Date: Research new visual merchandising techniques to ensure we remain ahead of competitor standards and drive product strategy.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure the visual merchandising function maintains exceptional service standards to both store and head office departments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar in-house HO VM role at a multichannel retail company.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising processes and principles.
  • Skills: Ability to understand, translate, and deliver store merchandising campaigns to deadline, demonstrates innovative thinking and strong creative execution.
  • Education: Relevant qualification/degree course (desirable).
