Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct design teams to deliver high-quality creative work
  • Develop and implement design strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work remains innovative and effective

Requirements:

  • Relevant design degree and at least 12+ years of experience working in design at a design/creative agency
  • Award-winning portfolio demonstrating intellectual thinking and ability to flex ideas across different channels
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong sense of personal responsibility
  • Ability to inspire and motivate design teams to deliver exceptional work
  • Strong client-facing skills, with experience in pitching and winning new business
