Job Title: Head of Design

Job Description:

As the Head of Design at Profiles Creative, you will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary creative team. Your role will involve refining and implementing a clear creative process, working closely with other agency HODs to ensure the department is working effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including creatives, designers, strategists, and copywriters.
* Refine and implement a clear creative process, constantly reviewing to ensure we are working at our best.
* Work alongside all other agency HODs to ensure the department is working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
* Provide support to creative project teams to champion the creative process with the right team in place.
* Audit internal creative tools and templates, refining them and sharing them regularly.

Day-to-Day:

* Manage the workflow of the studio, working closely with the CD and Director of Strategy.
* Bi-weekly meets with each of the department team members.
* Budget & Resource Management:
* Manage the creative budget for the internal team, identifying gaps and growth.
* Have an oversight of project budgets, ensuring they are planned well.
* Work alongside the Creative Resource Manager to allocate resources effectively, balancing the workload across the creative team.
* Work alongside the Creative Resource Manager to recruit new talent.
