Job Description:

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Revenue to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across the luxury hotel group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial performance metrics and trends to identify areas for revenue growth
  • Oversee and inspire the sales team to ensure the continuing growth and development of the team
  • Be a brand ambassador, networking at the group level while building strong relationships both in the UK and internationally
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, operators, and suppliers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share

  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury hotel market
