Job Title: Group Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Central Events Sales team to maximize revenue and profit across the group.
  • Drive and increase event sales across the group through incentivized sales strategies.

Meetings & Events Sales:

  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on site visits to make sales.
  • Provide proactive account management of live and dead enquiries, including post-booking follow-up communication and feedback collection.
  • Organize and maintain sales department documentation, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Develop promotions, initiatives, and offers to drive sales for weddings and events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-focused role, such as sales or events coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and enquiries simultaneously.
