Role Overview: As an Event Sales Coordinator , your primary focus will be on enhancing sales and orchestrating events within a collection of stunning locations. You will collaborate closely with clients to grasp their requirements, offer customized solutions, and guarantee the flawless delivery of their events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Initiatives:
    • Discover and pursue new business avenues to meet sales objectives and broaden our clientele.
    • Address inquiries swiftly and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed reservations.
    • Conduct venue tours and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting our offerings and facilities.
  • Event Management and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their event needs and provide tailored proposals.
    • Oversee all facets of event planning, including menu choices, decor, entertainment, and logistics.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Client Relationship Development:
    • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat engagements.
    • Deliver exceptional service throughout the event planning journey and on the event day.
    • Collect client feedback and implement enhancements for future events.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Keep precise records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
