Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Revenue Growth to lead our Airport Sales and Client Management team. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  4. Commercial Acumen: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial and Partnership Directors, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives.
  6. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including sales strategies, market analysis, and customer needs.
