Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of Sales and Revenue Growth at Foodsteps, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy aligned with our business goals and product evolution. This will involve driving revenue growth and market penetration through the development of outbound strategies and plans for each of your accounts. You will also be responsible for fostering a data-driven culture with a focus on timely CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

What You Will Bring:

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a track record of coaching sales reps through complex org charts to deliver best-in-class sales processes. You will have a disciplined, methodical, and process-driven sales approach, with a willingness to generate your own pipeline and drive new business while always looking for ways to generate revenue with your clients through strategic approaches. You will also have a strong achievement orientation and high energy, resulting in excellence in your previous roles as a top performer.

Desirable Skills:

A background in partnerships and knowledge of the climate crisis and how it relates to food would be highly desirable. However, we encourage applications from anyone who thinks they would be a good fit for this role and is willing to learn and grow with our company.
