Role Overview:

COREcruitment International is a fast-growing recruitment agency with a strong presence in Europe. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive revenue growth across the region.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a High-Performing Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to maximize revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintaining Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Conducting Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus Scheme: Eligible for a performance-based bonus scheme.
