Head of Revenue Growth

We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive revenue growth and expansion in the UK market.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. You will need to have a deep understanding of the region, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors, as well as the ability to proactively assess, clarify, and validate market and customer segment attractiveness and potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong proven track record of Sales leadership in the Wealth and Core Banking Industry, meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills, a good business sense, and strong leadership with the ability to motivate and lead a team are essential.
Key aspects of the role include:
- An insatiable hunger to find, create, and win new business
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating market and customer segment attractiveness and potential
- Actively creating and driving pipeline by identifying, matching, and engaging Financial Institutions in Private Banking, Wealth, and Asset Management with our new proposition
A salary of £110,000 - £150,000 per annum is available, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid and flexible working, diversity and inclusion support, and professional development opportunities.
